ANSI/BHMA code F07 Storeroom function.

Latch bolt retracted by key outside or by lever/knob inside. Outside lever is
always inoperative. Inside lever/knob is always free for immediate exit. Auxiliary
latch deadlocks latch bolt when door is locked.
